There is not enough data available about the lack of institutional support and the challenges faced by people who menstruate in STEM workplaces. For real change to happen, we need to start by sharing our experiences.

Since opening up about period can feel uncomfortable, or for many, even shameful, we created an anonymous online survey to make it easier for people to speak honestly and safely.

This survey is open to anyone working or studying in STEM, regardless of whether you menstruate, because we aim to understand how menstruation is perceived from all perspectives, and how it affects wellbeing, productivity, and inclusion in STEM environments.
