We created an anonymous online survey to make it easier for scientists to share their experiences and period stories.
There is not enough data available on the lack of support in STEM workplaces and the challenges faced by scientists who menstruate.

This survey is open to anyone working or studying in STEM, regardless of the menstrual status, because we aim to understand how menstruation is perceived from all perspectives, and how it affects wellbeing, productivity, and inclusion in STEM environments.
Your responses will help raise awareness and support advocacy for more inclusive workplace policies in STEM.
