Our mission

In many male-dominated STEM settings, such as laboratories and field sites, period is still a taboo, with people who menstruate often facing unique barriers. These include: limited access to menstrual products, lack of privacy or facilities, and the absence of workplace policies that acknowledge their needs.

These challenges, compounded by gender stereotypes and societal shame, can negatively impact their well-being and career progression.
